Policies and Procedures

Terms

  • OffiCare Net 30 Days, Only available to companies in Miami Dade, Broward & Palm Beach Counties subject to credit approval.
  • We also accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express Card
  • Corporate checks
  • Money Orders or Cashiers Checks
  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Wire Transfer.

Credit Applications

  • OffiCare Co. reserves the right to extend or withhold lines of open account credit to any client determined by clients experience, record of payments, financial condition, amount of credit needed, etc.
  • To apply for credit please print and fill out our Credit Form.

General Order Information

  • Free Shipping to all Businesses in Miami Dade, Broward and Plam Beach Counties. Customers outside of these areas will receive Free Shipping on orders over $75.00
  • No Minimum Order.
  • Most order will be shipped for "Next Business Day" if orders are placed by 2pm Eastern Time.
  • OffiCare chooses the mode of transportation as well as carrier.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges for “Special Order Items”
  • Customers can request special UPS services, such as Overnight Delivery, at the sole expense of the customer.

Back Orders

  • Back orders of stocked items will not have shipping and handling added if the original order met the freight minimum. OffiCare will ship back orders when the product is available.
  • Back orders of non-stocked items will be charged shipping and handling.

Returns

  • OffiCare accepts returns of stocked merchandise only. Special Order Items are non-refundable.
  • Return of stocked items received within:
    • 0-30 days of invoice date -- FREE RETURNS
    • 31 days or longer -- No Returns Allowed
  • Customers must contact Customer Service to receive an authorization number. Contact any Customer Service rep at (305) 512-6000
  • Customers are responsible for coordinating the return of all products to OffiCare and pay any and all applicable fees including but not limited to freight, restock, UPS call tags, etc.
  • No Returns Allowed for products which are:
    • Food and/ or Drink products including but not limited to bottled water, coffee, juices, powdered drinks and condiments and etc.
    • Discontinued, damaged
    • Special Order Items
    • Non-Stocked or Close-Out Merchandise
    • All Return merchandise must be received in re-sellable condition.
  • In the event of a shipping discrepancy, such as, order entry error, damage, shortage or mis-pick, please notify OffiCare (305) 512-6000, within fifteen(15) days of receipt.

Note: All Floor Machines and Equipment sales are final and covered by Factory Warranties.
